Shepell·fgi Acquires C.J. Brown and Associates Inc.

Toronto, April 03 2007 - Shepell·fgi, North Americas leading providers of employee and organizational health and wellness services, today announced it has acquired C.J. Brown & Associates, an Oshawa-based employee assistance program (EAP) provider. The acquisition expands Shepell·fgis national network of counsellors, thereby expanding the ability to provide greater service to Shepell·fgi customers.
