Every employee affected by a trauma will receive risk assessment and follow-up; minimizing the likelihood of potential short term disability and long term disability claims, and possible liability to the organization.
Shepell·fgi’s Trauma Services are available on a 24-hour basis, through a network of specially trained counsellors who respond immediately to traumatic events. Such events can be predictable or unpredictable, and Shepell·fgi has the expertise to effectively deal with both traumatic event categories including:
