Your EFAP is completely confidential within the limits of the law.
Our Client Care Representatives, Clinical Counsellors and professional service providers adhere to strict privacy and confidentiality procedures.

To protect your privacy, we never:

  • Schedule two employees from the same organization back-to-back
  • Give your employer data or information which could identify you or your family
  • Leave identifying messages at home or work

Legal obligations

Individual information is only provided to authorities when circumstances require it by law - such as threat of violence to oneself or others, child abuse or subpoena.
