Many of us don’t really begin to appreciate good health until problems arise. And while it may be easy to put off making positive lifestyle choices, or ignore the facts—such as a family history of a medical condition—it’s never too late to take charge of your physical and mental health. Resources in the section will help you proactively manage (and possibly even prevent) common hereditary conditions, struggles with weight gain and offer insights into coping with a mental health disorder.
