National Mental Health Week, coordinated by the Canadian Mental Health Association, takes place from May 7 - 13, 2007. This year's theme for Mental Health Week is 'Work/Life Balance', and to mark the event, your Employee Assistance Program is connecting you with support resources to help you find your own work/life balance.
