As a senior consultant, he specializes in Leadership Development and Training, Stress Management and assisting managers and their teams through organizational change and growth. He has consulted with, trained, educated and coached thousands of managers and employees, drawing on insights from over twenty years of corporate experience as a manager and human relations consultant.
